Established in 2022, ResourceFull Unlimited provides housing, supported community living, respite care, virtual caregiver support, and a variety of services to help members live the life they want to live and as independently as possible.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we have competent, charismatic, empathetic, and diverse staff who are passionate about their work and the members we serve. Navigating through life complexities could be difficult for most but at ResourceFull Unlimited, your journey through life will not be alone.

The individuals and families supported by ResourceFull Unlimited have a variety of needs, all of which are met within the communities where they live. Because each person’s needs and abilities are different, and can change over time, we provide a full range of community-based residential and non-residential support.

Persons with Disabilities
Members with intellectual disabilities are offered programs that range from highly supervised residential programs to hourly support and more independent supported living. In addition to intellectual disabilities, members may also have physical disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, attention deficit disorders, seizure disorders, sight or hearing loss, or a combination of disabilities.
Senior Home Care Services
Our senior home care services strive to help those who are in need of customized aid. Our comprehensive assessment will evaluate your loved one’s wellness needs, afterwards, we design a personalized plan to execute the unmet needs. Even if your loved one deals with chronic health concerns such as Parkinson's, arthritis, dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, limited mobility, and more, our care can accommodate their needs.

Our dedicated team ensures that your loved ones are being cared for and treated as family. Life is filled with obstacles but that does not mean that you should go through them alone, we are here to help you along the way.
Meet the Administrator
Our administrator loves what she does, and that's what makes her so special.
For over ten years, Dr. Kiki Lawton has dedicated her time in serving the underrepresented population of this Country. With deep root ties in the Midwest, Dr. Lawton started from humble beginnings as she witnessed firsthand the lack of support that persons with disabilities and the elderly received in the community. In 2007, she made the decision to pursue Social Work as a career goal and one of her focuses was administrative and education. In 2016, Dr. Lawton earned her Master of Social Work degree, and she was awarded the opportunity to work in the correctional field, homeless shelters, nursing homes, and mental health services. In 2022, Dr. Lawton saw that there was a need for individualized services for the elderly and persons with disabilities and therefore she opened ResourceFull Unlimited, nonprofit organization dedicated to maintaining independence and widening the gap between independent living and institutional placement. In 2025, Dr. Lawton obtained her Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership and now her focus is on expanding ResourceFull Unlimited by offering virtual services and residential placement. Although Dr. Lawton is accomplished, she does not let the role go to her head because it is common to see Dr. Lawton providing direct services to the members that we serve. Her motto is “treat the janitor with the same respect and admiration as you would the CEO.” Dr. Lawton pride herself in the fact that ResourceFull Unlimited is not a revolving door for members, once they are admitted into the program they become apart of her family.
When she is not working, you can catch Dr. Lawton walking her two dogs along the riverfront or at the movies.
