Respite Service
Everyone deserves a little break but if you are like most families who care for loved ones, breaks do not normally occur. However, the qualified and competent staff at ResourceFull Unlimited are here to offer you the break that you desperately need. Our Respite Care services are specifically designed to empower and uplift the members that we serve. We work exclusively with the family and the case manager/provider to ensure that the member is receiving quality care. We provide the following Respite Care Services:
• Temporary Care: Family caregivers who are unavailable for an extended period of time, either due to work, vacation, or a sudden emergency, can have complete peace of mind that their loved one is looked after through our temporary care services.
• Part-Time Care: If you need a few hours each week to rest and care for personal needs, our professional caregivers can step in to help through part-time care services.
• Support Care: With support care, we work alongside family caregivers in the area to make providing care more manageable.

Intake & Referral Process
You or your loved one should communicate with your insurance provider to acquire a Respite provider. Once ResourceFull Unlimited is selected, a qualified staff will submit our intake application to you or your case manager. Once the intake application is completed, our staff will review and follow up with comments or questions. If the decision is made that the member would be a good fit for the program, then an appointment is scheduled to complete the necessary documentation for eligibility and approval for our Respite program. Please note that Respite Services is a non-medical service and the member must be 18 years of age or older. If the member does not have Medicaid or Medicare, please contact us to discuss our affordable pay rate.

Seniors Home Care Services
Seniors Home Care Services
The seniors are the backbone of our communities, and they should be treated as such. At ResourceFull Unlimited, we are committed to providing customized services to seniors that promote independence and enhance their happiness. Our qualified staff will assist our seniors with their health and wellness needs. The Senior Home Care Services include the following:
• Companionship
• Walking assistance, transferring, and fall prevention
• Medication Management and Monitoring
• Doing laundry, vacuuming, and other light housekeeping
• Transportation to therapies doctor appointments
• Planning and preparing healthy meals for the week
• Running errands such as grocery shopping

Criteria for all
SCL Programs
If a member needs daily living services, then the residential (RSCL) program would be a viable option. The RSCL is designed for members who require more than hourly support. The members would have the option to live independently in a residence with up to 4 roommates and staff assistance available 24 hours each day. Below is a brief description of what each member could expect if they chose to participate in the RSCL program:
• The members would reside in a house, duplex, or apartment.
• There would be at least one member in each bedroom.
• A pre-interview process is conducted before each roommate moves into the residence.
• Depending on the level of support for all members in the residence, staff will be available for up to 24 hours per day.
• ResourceFull Unlimited ensures capacity for new referrals by opening new houses when needed.
