Our Supported Community Living (SCL) program offers a variety of services that is designed to encourage and support persons with disabilities and mental illnesses. Our specialized SCL services were created to increase independence or daily living activities. Staff are available up to 24 hours per day to provide individualized services and support for the person being served. Our goal is to ensure that we provide support to our members and relief to their families, guardians, and case managers. Although the SCL program is specific to the members’ need, here are some services and training that we deliver:

Hourly Supported
Community Living
ResourceFull Unlimited provides hourly SCL services to those who are living with loved ones, guardians, or independently. Our competent staff offers medication management, transportation to medical appointments, assistance with meal preparation, cleaning, and community integration.
Residential

Community Living
If a member needs daily living services, then the residential (RSCL) program would be a viable option. The RSCL is designed for members who require more than hourly support. The members would have the option to live independently in a residence with up to 4 roommates and staff assistance available 24 hours each day. Below is a brief description of what each member could expect if they chose to participate in the RSCL program:
• The members would reside in a house, duplex, or apartment.
• There would be at least one member in each bedroom.
• A pre-interview process is conducted before each roommate moves into the residence.
• Depending on the level of support for all members in the residence, staff will be available for up to 24 hours per day.
• ResourceFull Unlimited ensures capacity for new referrals by opening new houses when needed.
• The members would reside in a house, duplex, or apartment.
• There would be at least one member in each bedroom.
• A pre-interview process is conducted before each roommate moves into the residence.
• Depending on the level of support for all members in the residence, staff will be available for up to 24 hours per day.
• ResourceFull Unlimited ensures capacity for new referrals by opening new houses when needed.
Virtual Supported
Community Living
ResourceFull Unlimited is proud to be one of the few Home Care Based Services Agency that offers Virtual Supported Community Living (VSCL) services. Our remote VSCL program was created for persons with disabilities or mental illnesses who either reside in a rural area or need assistance with maintaining independence. Our goal is to empower, encourage, and support our members by utilizing technological devices to assist with the continuation of living independently. The VSCL services are specific to the individuals’ needs, but our agency does provide technological assistance set-up and installation, in some cases, we will provide the cameras and other devices for virtual support. VSCL services include but are not limited to the following:
• Care Coordination
• Wellness Checks
• Medication Management
• Assistance with Daily Living Activities
• Case Management
• Interdisciplinary Team Meetings with Providers (if applicable)
• Meal Preparation
• Reminders and Routine Check-ins
