Designed around the needs of each member, our Virtual Caregiving Services (VCS) is a program developed to assist those who live in rural areas to those who live in a big city. We offer flexible schedules for members who may need a gentle reminder to take their medications or 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, virtual care for those who want to chat and need monitoring. ResourceFull Unlimited adheres to HIPPA and Privacy and Confidentiality regulations, and we provide non-intrusive technology. VCS is available for hourly, weekly, or monthly services. Our qualified staff are properly trained to address immediate health concerns and record incidents. VCS services include: .

State of the Art Virtual Technology
We understand that most individuals are not computer savvy or technologically literate, therefore, we have decided to bring and set up the electronic or audio-based devices in your home. We will install the software in your home which would give us the ability to connect up to four discrete cameras in designated areas that will be frequented by the member. Below is a brief description of our VCS capabilities:
• We provide secure equipment that is customized for the member plan.
• A home assessment is completed prior to equipment installation.
• Once equipment is installed, our dedicated staff monitor all cameras at the agreed time and dates.
• All recordings are deleted after 30 days. Authorized families’ members or the member can request to review the recordings within the 30-day period.

Rates & Prices
Standard rate:
$4 per hour
Per client, excludes holidays, includes weekly reporting
24/7 Rate:
$6 per hour

Holiday Rate:
$10 per hour

24/7 Holiday Hourly Rate:
$12 per hour

Check-in times can be flexible; however, designated check-in times are at 7AM, 11AM, 3PM, 7PM, 11PM and 3AM on monthly schedule
- Please note that there is a deposit fee of $350 and an urgent deposit fee of $550.
- Home assessments are FREE.
- If cellular connections are needed the fee starts at $150 per secure phone line, per month.
- Installation of equipment is FREE but the kit costs $1350 (price includes wiring, routers, connection box, etc.
